You will receive the Hidealoo mechanism to which you add your own standard wall-hung pan and cistern, available from most plumbing suppliers. You can then design and build the cabinet or shower cavity to conceal it in your particular space. If you would like advice on this, please contact us.

Hidealoo will come with a standard rear exit waste pipe configuration. If you need a side or floor exit configuration you will require a simple adaptor from your local plumbing centre.

The Hidealoo door fixing is set to open left to right, but you can switch it to open the other way by following the instructions in the Installation Manual that will be supplied.

DELIVERY	We ship via a variety of couriers to any country in the world via our online shop. If your location is not listed in the delivery section of our order page it means we need DHL to confirm the cost. In that case, please contact us so we can confirm the cost and add it to our delivery section for you to then place your order. For orders received before noon GMT, despatch is usually made the same day with delivery 1-2 working days. For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on the destination, but normally 5-7 working days. Orders outside UK will incur local VAT and applicable duty to clear customs at local shipping depot before delivery is made. The shipping company will contact you.
RETURNS	We are confident you’ll be happy with your Hidealoo, however if you change your mind you have 14 days from receipt to return it. You will need to email us with your order number and confirmation you want to make a return. You will then need to arrange and pay for the return. A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. See clauses 8 and 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
